What is an e-Group?

We offer a series of e-groups designed to help you draw closer to Jesus Christ and become more spiritually alive, whole, and fulfill your divine purpose.

Based upon our experiences, we believe we change and grow best when we include different ways of learning. So we have structured the e-groups to include the following:

  1. Receiving information and knowledge [facts, truths]
  2. Understanding how others use it [role modeling, testimony]
  3. Making personal experiences and reflecting on them with others [feedback]
  4. Hearing God’s voice [intuitive knowing, spiritual thoughts, revelation, insight, visions, and dreams]

If you are interested in this type of spiritual growth experience, here is how it typically goes:

Group Components

An e-group consists of multiple components which you can access after you register for the group. Typical group components are:

  1. Set of Study Notes: For you to study for each session and prepare your answers to the questions under Reflection Point and Make It Personal sections.
  2. Sessions on Zoom: A time for you to meet with the entire group, listen to the instructor, ask questions, and share your experiences. The Zoom App download is free.
  3. Student Sharing Page (optional): A secure place for you to share something—a question, an experience, a dream. Other group members and the instructor will be free to share their responses to you.

Note: sessions are English-only, but if you can understand and read some English, you are welcome to participate.

No registration fees

These e-groups are offered under the auspices of Kairos Ministries, Inc. There are no registration fees, but we ask for your donations so we can continue to offer these free e-groups that will help you grow spiritually.

Donations can be made either via check or using PayPal from the yellow “DONATE” button on any page of this web site. [Donation payments go directly to Kairos Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.]

International participants can transfer money internationally using either a Remittance Service, such as PayPal; or a forex transfer firm, such as TransferWise.

How Zoom sessions work

Each group participant uses the Zoom App to join a session (we provide meeting ID and required password). Judith hosts the session and presents teaching materials.

At first, most of the session will probably be you listening to and watching Judith present material and talking. She may share materials from her computer screen. But as you get more comfortable, you can ask her questions and also communicate with other group participants.

You see, listen, and speak on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone (headset highly recommended to minimize background noises). (If your device does not have a camera, you can still participate by observing on your screen and listening using the Zoom App.)

Technical requirements

You can participate from any desktop/laptop or mobile device: PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone (iPhone or Android).

For mobile devices you download the Zoom Mobile App from either the Apple Apps Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android).

For laptops you download the Zoom Client for Meetings from the Zoom website.

Note: The Zoom App for computers, tablets, and phones is free (https://zoom.us/).

Technical support

Gerald participates with Judith during the Zoom sessions and provides technical support to participants. Working with Zoom may seem overwhelming at first, but the success of previous groups demonstrates that it is not difficult.

Gerald can help you get started with Zoom and also if you have issues during the session. Almost all the control during a session is done at his laptop—you just have to listen, observe, and (if requested) talk. We start slowly until everyone gets the hang of it.

Zoom Help

If you need more help with Zoom, here is the procedure for downloading the Zoom Meetings Client to your computer.

Misc.

Groups will be kept small to allow for interactive discussion.

Although there is no fee for our e-groups, we do ask for donations to our ministry, if you are able. This will allow us to continue to offer these free e-groups and equip others to be effective workers in the kingdom of God.

Donations can be made either via check or using PayPal from any page of my web site. [Donations go directly to our ministry organization: Kairos Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.]

Although PayPal is a safe, convenient way to donate, international donors may prefer forex brokers who specialize in transferring funds between countries.

Note: Individual mentoring appointments with Judith via Zoom or SKYPE can also be scheduled—per donation to Kairos Ministries, Inc.

Our prayer is that through these e-groups “you may be filled with the [real] knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power.” (Colossians 1:9-12, NASB)
